Mother’s Day is always a time of quiet self reflection for me. Even though my mother, Patricia Kraemer, passed away more than 10 years ago, I think of her every day.

She played a foundational role in the development of my values and the person I am today as a spouse and father. I am truly blessed to have her as my mother. One of my daughters found a few pictures of my mother and I when I was two years old, and another of her piloting a speedboat. 😂😂

As usual, never a dull moment at Northwestern University and Kellogg School of Management

I had the opportunity to teach my “Executive Perspective on Leadership” class to the Executive MBA 140 team in Chicago and 141 team in Miami. The energy, drive, and teamwork of the teams were amazingly energizing for me. I truly love teaching these groups. Here’s a picture of the 140 team from over this weekend.

I also had the opportunity to attend the Northwestern University Waa-Mu show, which is the longest-standing theatrical production of the school. It consists of original music and lyrics written, produced, and performed by the students. It is nonstop entertainment very similar to the quality of a Broadway play.

I also attended the Bollywood Bash. “What is that?” some of you may be wondering. Well, it is an annual event hosted by the India Business Club at Kellogg that includes dancing, short films, and acting performances inspired by Bollywood.

Here is a picture from the Bollywood Bash and some short videos below.

Here’s wishing everyone a great week!!!😊👍
