In this article for Forbes, Harry’s Kellogg colleague and friend Robert Wolcott writes about the imperative for corporations to “do the right thing” when deciding how to respond to the US government’s Paycheck Protection Program:
“While Congress quarrels about additional funding for the Payroll Protection Program (PPP), many small business owners face catastrophic decisions. In this context, everyone’s asking, “what should we do during a crisis?” I’ll share one answer: Do the right thing. This sounds obvious, but doing so can be tough. What’s right is often open to interpretation. It’s leadership’s role to determine what’s right and do it— always.”
