Harry Featured in Northwestern University’s Leadership Webinar

  • Harry,

There is a pretty sharp expert, Sherry Turkle, who talks about how important it is to put our devices down and talk with each other. To make the effort to be together, because as we lose these skills we lose the ability to relate. I think part of what she writes about and documents is what makes your class so powerful – you don’w ever use powerpoint and you are WITH the class in conversation.

But to the point of this article, and reflecting on your ideas, doesn’t it sound an alarm that if leaders can’t “be” with others, how will they ever learn to be alone with themselves to thoughtfully do this work you describe.

I will be reflecting on that!
