Greetings from Hong Kong! I am here to teach my “Leading a Global Company” class for the EMBA KH26 (Class of 2024) executives, which is a joint program between Kellogg and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). It is important to note that the HKUST EMBA program has been rated by the Financial Times as the number one Executive MBA program in the world for the last 12 consecutive years!!!

The KH26 class includes a wonderful group of senior executives from Mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, Netherlands, India, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and even one person from the United States. Teaching this group of individuals has been a fantastic experience. This is my 10th consecutive year of teaching in the program.

In addition to teaching my 15-hour class in three days, I had the opportunity to include some fun activities. First of all, I was lucky to be able to bring Julie with me to Hong Kong for her first time. My friends Jenny Zeng and Paul Li took us all around Hong Kong to visit various sites all over the city.

I also taught a “sample class” to future potential KH students and met with KH and Kellogg alums.

I want to thank Connie Chue, the President of the Hong Kong Kellogg Alumni Club for setting up a wonderful alumni event and dinner at The Ark.

The last night included a fun dinner on the 47th floor of the Crown Royale Hotel.

I told Judy Au, the fantastic executive director of KH, to definitely sign me up to teach again in February 2025!!! 😁
