Harry has written extensively on the subject of values-based leadership and has published four books:

• “From Values to Action: The Four Principles of Values-Based Leadership” – In his first book – initiated by one of Harry’s Kellogg students compiling a set of notes from Harry’s course! – Harry introduces his four principles of values-based leadership and examines what it takes to become a values-based leader.
• “Becoming the Best: Build a World-Class Organization Through Values-Based Leadership” – In his highly anticipated second book, Harry reveals how, in practical terms, anyone can apply the four principles of values-based leadership to become a values-based leader and to help create values-based organizations.
• “Your 168: Finding Purpose and Satisfaction in a Values-Based Life” – In his third book — inspired by students, colleagues and peers asking Harry to talk more about how one lives a values-based life — Harry provides actionable advice, filled with tips on how to live a life of meaning and experience a greater sense of purpose.
• “Your Values-Based Legacy: Making a Difference at Every Age and Phase of Life” – In this eagerly awaited fourth book, Harry examines what it means to live and build a legacy, starting right here, right now. A legacy is not an item on a bucket list—what someone might do when they’ve advanced in their career, when they have more time and money, when they retire… Rather, legacy speaks to how we live in the world, with more purpose, passion, and meaning, by giving of ourselves to support the organizations, causes, and concerns that matter the most to us, to our communities, and to our world.

All of Harry’s proceeds from book sales and speaker fees are donated to the One Acre Fund in Africa.
