First, and most importantly, I pray that you, your family, and friends are safe and healthy. In this incredibly challenging time, it is critical we find ways to stay connected to each other despite being physically separated.

Many Kellogg students, alums, and executives have asked for my advice and opinions on how best to personally cope and lead others through the COVID-19 crisis. Given the high level of interest, I will upload several posts in the next few days to share my perspectives and opinions.
