This year’s program will be held in the new flagship Global Hub building on the Evanston Campus. Studies have consistently shown that 80% of acquisitions never earn their cost of capital, that is, shareholders would have been better off if the company did not make the acquisition. Harry will discuss why so many fail, and what you can do to increase the odds of being successful.

Leading Change Management
One of the most critical roles of senior management is leading change. Why is this often so difficult? Where do you stand on the change continuum? How can you reduce uncertainty in order to improve change management?
