Excellent insights Harry. Having the right people who help in the collective decision making is as important to the organization as a good architect and solid foundation is to well built building.

Bad Apples, once thought of as just a phrase, are now seen as real problems in teams causing members to withdraw and diminish collective and individual effort. And a bad hire, like Flynn, is a sign often of bigger problems. ________________________________
